On what Constitutional grounds was the travel ban blocked? Does not the
Executive Branch have the Constitutional authority?
The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals held the ban violated the Establishment
Clause by disfavoring Islam. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals held the
ban exceeded Trump's statutory authority.
And the SCOTUS essentially said both were wrong.
Maybe we need a way of punishing the courts with the worst record of
Constitutional rulings.... Those that are over turned the most should
lose power by having their rulings or their Judges, sunset out of
existence.

Maybe when they're overturned 3 times of the last 5 rulings they are
then term limited with a 2 year opportunity to correct their
unconstitutional behavior. And all of that courts future rulings are
also amended with a sunset clause so that the future rulings would
sunset in 7 years. So judges that over step their constitutional power
are then punished with a loss of power. And naturally they are NO longer
allowed to be appointed to any new or different public office. The same
as with impeachment.... SO they are being hit across the nose with a
news paper to get their attention. Violate the constitution and you get
your power and future limited and keep doing it and you get tossed out
along with your ruling being sunset.

That will keep the radicalized judges from trying to legislate from the
bench.

That may sound nice in theory, but what happens when it's the district
court judge who's rational and the court of appeals that's radicalized?
And what happens when a case should be appealed but isn't because the
losing party can't afford it?

If you hold judges accountable then a judge with radicalized ideas can't
get to the level of being on an appeals court. When they make
ridiculous lower court decisions they'll be censured by the automatic
triggers when their cases are being kicked out by the supreme court.

In other words when they don't have real constitutional support for and
they're just floating a turd to see if they can get the higher courts to
bite on the anti constitution decisions they make, they will get smacked
down rather than just ignored.

The price for stupid will be real and tangible, as it is STUPID just
gets them a bunch more crazy followers.

You can always improve on it or offer an original better idea....
unless of course you're vacant of any. In that case you might want to
read mine and then sit quietly to see if anyone else has a better idea.

Your proposal to "hold judges accountable" politicizes the court system.
It would make judges susceptible to political influence. That is what
is commonly known to rational people as "a bad thing".
